Tandoor Cook & Line Cook

Location : Missisauga Tandoor Cook ( Full Time ) a. Prepare Dough , Dough balls and keep enough inventory of dough balls ready in stock all the time as per the demand of each day b. Complete Kitchen PREP works like , Salad Cutting , Garnishing Chopping etc and sauces mixing and filling in containers before peak hours c. Assist in Grilling of meats when needed along with making Tandoori breads and Fried Breads d. Plating of Food as per orders e. Full Time Position approx 50 hours a week or more ( 6 days ) f. Cleanup of stations and floor at the end of the day g. Experience in Tandoor bread making is required 2. Line Cook ( Part time and Full Time ) a. Prepare all meat Skewers before the start of serving time c. Grilling d. PREP for Biryani RICE and Cooking of Biryani before the start of the day and during the day as needed ( Training will be provided) e. Complete Kitchen PREP works like , Salad Cutting , Garnishing Chopping etc and sauces mixing and filling in containers before peak hours f. Cleanup of stations and floor at the end of the day g.
