Responsibilities:

Assisting in the food preparation process in accordance with our company standards and health/safety regulations. Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Preparing ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, seasoning, and otherwise preparing them according to recipes or the chef’s instructions. Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards. Assisting in inventory management, including restocking items as needed. Working collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure that food is prepared to the highest quality. Adhering to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role in the food industry. Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen. Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils. A team player with good communication skills. Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure. Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and procedures, including various cooking methods. Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs). Benefits:
