The ideal candidate will have a strong background in butchering and sausage making, along with a passion for creating high-quality food products. This is a full-time position, with regular working hours from Monday to Friday. Responsibilities:Perform precise butchering of meats and other ingredients.Skillfully create a variety of sausages and related products.Follow established recipes and preparation methods to maintain product consistency.Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Collaborate with the culinary team to meet production goals.Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Qualifications:Proven experience in butchering and sausage making.Strong culinary skills with a focus on precision and attention to detail.Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent time management and organizational skills.A passion for culinary excellence and product quality.Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment.Reliable and punctual.
