Mongolian Village Grill in Bells Corner is looking to hire Full-time & Part-time Server/Bartender for long-term employment! A super busy & high-volume restaurant since 1998! We are looking to grow 'Our' Serving Team for the busy season! Salary: $18 -$18.60 per hour +tips Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years of serving & bartending experience in a restaurant Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage items to make recommendations Table service for guests (taking orders, answering menu and beverage inquiries, explaining daily specials, placing orders with kitchen) Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies Prepare classic cocktails, wines & spirits beverages Processing bills and taking payment Complete opening, closing and side-duties efficiently and safely Qualifications: Great with time management and multi-tasking Must be able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods Must be able to work with minimal supervision and have a strong initiative Come work with us and you'll be part of a restaurant team that values you for who you are!
