Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Lebanese Line Cook to join our dynamic team. If you have experience working with cooking Lebanese food such as falafel, shish taouk, kafta, hummos and more ALL FORM SCRATCH and fresh everyday, have a flair for flavors, and a dedication to delivering exceptional dishes, we want to hear from you! You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Lebanese dish for lunch and serving clients at lunch time, ensuring that our customers enjoy fresh, flavorful, and high-quality meals. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of Lebanese dishes with rapidity, precision and attention to detail. Ensure that all dishes meet our quality standards and are presented attractively. Follow recipes accurately while also possessing the creativity to suggest and develop new creations. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grill station, including equipment and work areas. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours. Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs to management. Qualifications: Mastering hommos, garlic sauce, kafta, falafel all from scratch. We don't use pwder or pre mix. Proven experience as a Middle Eastern Line Cook or similar role, with a focus on Lebanese food preparation and cooking techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Food Handler's certification is preferred but not required.
