We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Manager Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Kitchen Manager Assistant, you will work closely with our kitchen manager and GM to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen and the delivery of high-quality food to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Assist the kitchen manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders for ingredients and supplies.
Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that they adhere to recipes and cooking techniques.
Assist in creating and updating menus, taking into account seasonal availability and customer preferences.
Help maintain kitchen equipment and appliances, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:
Previous experience working in a kitchen environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Pizza experience, culinary degree and relevant certification is an asset
