    Excellent condition, used for less than 18 months. No issues/signs of wear. Selling as we are moving. The bed frame is under 10 year warranty (warranty code and receipt available). No mattress included.

    We bought this for $1470 and are selling at $800 because you will be responsible for taking apart and delivering the bed frame.
