Basically brand new King size hush adjustable pillow.
I used a couple of times on my new king bed (with pillow cover) but decided I prefer my queen pillows.
Comes with the original case and instructions along with the travel pillow case (you can take the stuffing from the main pillow and make a travel pillow).
