*Bespoke 32-hole, high-modulus carbon fibre 29” rims; AM-Enduro strength layup FRONT (approx. 450 g); DH extra-reinforced layup REAR (approx 487 g). Rims made from a sturdy blend of Toray T-700/T-800 Japanese-origin carbon fibres. Asymmetrical design for better tensioning balance left and right. External width 38mm/internal 30 mm. Custom 12k weave pattern, for added stiffness and unique aesthetics. Custom half-matte (NDS)/half-gloss (DS) finish. Hookless construction for added tubeless snake-bite protection and greater impact resistance. Custom vinyl decals applied - "Director's Cut" pattern. *NGEBUT (NGB) anodized polished silver J-bend boost (110 x 15 mm & 148 x 12 mm) w XD driver ISO hubs. (Shimano Microspline freehub may be substituted instead, for no extra charge.) Custom Hogtown vinyl decals applied - "Director's Cut" pattern - and then protected w 3M automotive-grade translucent and thermoformed film. Hub features a durable 6-pawl, phased design. The drive system generates a MINIMUM of 230 POE (1.6-degree EA) using 115 CNC’d steel teeth machined into the oversized drivering. Rear axle is made from 7075 alloy and features an anti-stress riser design at the stepped collar section.
