Concrete finisher/ form setter

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Responsibilities: - Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and setting forms - Pour concrete into forms and spread evenly using hand tools - Smooth and finish surfaces using trowels, screeds, and power floats - Apply curing compounds or sealants to protect finished surfaces - Repair damaged concrete by patching or resurfacing as needed - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Experience: - Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role - Knowledge of flooring installation techniques and materials - Familiarity with concrete pumping equipment and techniques - Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints - Proficiency in using hand tools such as trowels, floats, and edgers - carpentry skills for formwork construction - Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus - Valid commercial driver's license for transporting materials to job sites

Salary: $953.97 - $1,548.86 per week
