Sierra Table, manufactured by Studio Designs, Inc. Pico Rivera, California. Comes with original assembly instruction booklet. Adjusts from nearly flat, to about 45 degrees, and several settings in between, as shown in photos. Sonoma Brown in colour, with glass and all hardware. Nice wooden drawer for pencils, drawing supplies, etc. I've put condition is good, but it is mostly like new.
