Nikon Optiphot Polarizing Microscope

Research Quality Polarizing microscope, for Petrographer, biologist or anyone interested in viewing biological specimens with bright field and polarized light. Microscope has a trinocular head,for attaching a camera, mechanical stage, condenser, coarse and fine cocus and built in light source. It has a rotating polarizing filter with graduations, including a full slide in and out full-wave plate. Includes 5 Objectives, some PO Objectives (stress free) objectives: 4, 10, 20, 40, 100X (Oil). Basic condenser with iris aperature (additional phase condenser available) . Microscope can be used for bright field viewing of histology slides, blood and/or polarizing specimens. The microscope does not have a circular stage - but a used one can be purhcased on Ebay f to fit the microscope. (I have additional accessories I am willing to sell for extra i.e. drawing tube, digital SLR camera - Nikon D300 and a laptop computer with software to capture images). I am selling because I already own two other polarizing microscopes. Microscopes. The Optiphot I microscope is in good condition from late 1980's, and the optics are clean and clear. No damage to any of the objectives.
