2017 Jayco White Hawk 28 DSBH travel trailer

We are selling our 2017 Jayco White Hawk 28 DSBH travel trailer. This is an excellent family trailer with double bunkbeds, full bathroom with tub/shower, outdoor shower, entertainment system, 2 recliners and bench seating dinette. The master bedroom features a queen bed, storage above and both sides for clothing . This trailer has 1 slide out that houses the dinette and recliners opening up comfortable floor space in the center of the trailer. The dinette can be made into a double bed. Kitchen features double sink { with covers }, 3 burner stove { with metal cover when not using to provide extra counter space }, oven, microwave and a 2 way {electrical/propane } fridge/freezer. HVAC is a fully ducted furnace and air conditioner. Storage compartments are provided by passthrough compartment in the front , with small outdoor fridge, and a smaller storage compartment in the rear of the trailer. Specs Dry weight with both 30lb propane tanks full is 6541 lbs, GVWR is 7500 lbs, Hitch weight 680 lbs, trailer is 28.5 ft and full length with the hitch frame is 32 ft 9 inches. There is a fresh water tank 45 g, 2 grey water tanks 30 g and 1 black tank 42 g. We have maintained this trailer from new with regular dealer maintenance and is in excellent condition. Recent maintenance include : all exterior seals redone 4 years ago, new water pump and propane PRV last year, just returned from a dealer visit last week { $3800 ) 4 new tires/ all new brakes and drums/ wheel bearing repack and new seals/ new smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector/ and a new battery. There is nothing you need to do except hook it up to your truck and find adventure. Also included is a Napolean travel BBQ { red in the pictures } that plugs into the connection at the back of the trailer so the propane comes from the trailer propane supply, large fold up table, 2 large Costco camp chairs. load distribution hitch and anti sway bar, trailer cover, and a shade screen that attaches to the awning for extra shade/ privacy. Trailer is currently stored in Grimsby and storage is paid up to June 2027. This is a non smoker trailer.
