This is a 4 bedroom / 1 bathroom open concept cottage that offers a large deck overlooking the water with stunning view of pigeon lake. The property offers 70 feet of waterfront with a dock to tie your boat to, as well as a flat large level lawn. Includes: - kitchen (electric stove/oven, microwave, fridge) - 1st bedroom ( queen size bed) - 2nd bedroom ( queen size bed) - 3rd bedroom ( double size bed) - 4th bedroom ( single bed) - propane heater as well as electric heaters for the cold nights ( available during early spring and fall only) - WIFI - a/c unit living room - electric fans - BBQ (propane) - fire pit ( camp fires) - ample parking space. Boat included: ( must provide pleasure craft license) - 16 feet aluminum fishing boat with 15hp tiller outboard motor. Seats 3-4, has live well, bilge pump, trolling motor, onboard charger. Gas not provided.
