FOR MALE AND FEMALE BOTH
All types of hair (apply before shower )
Put it in the microwave for 55 seconds. Use a cotton pad or finger. Apply oil on your scalp or root hair. (Not whole hair) Massage 5 minutes, use a hair cap/ shower cap, keep it 3 hours or overnight for better results (not more than 2 days ), then shampoo wash. Once you wash you will see your hair softer, shiny and silky. Try to use phosphate / sulfate free shampoo like Argan oil or Moroccan oil shampoo. I also use a scalp massager while shampooing .Warm oil absorbs faster on the scalp and massaging helps create blood flow in the scalp areas, which helps to regrow hair. If you have scalp eczema or dandruff, it will be gone. Apply oil 2/3 times a week. After 1 month your hair falls will slow down, in 4 months hair will grow back. Even 50/100 hair falls is normal. Please don't have any anxiety. The reason we loose hair is there's no filters on shower tap. Those water not good for skin and hair.
If you have a lot of dandruff use “Nizoral”anti dandruff shampoo(very good )
Note: Do not leave the oil on your hair for more than 2 days. Otherwise, your hair will be rough and you will see dandruff.
