Lot includes 12 each of the elastic-style pink, grey & purple rods plus 20 purple, clip-style. The purple clip-style don't require rolling papers. Also included is 1 box of almost 40 ft. of CelluCotton (less small amount used for 1 perm), 1 unopened, box of papers (counted as 1), as well as, 1 package of leftover papers (counted has 1) for a lot count of 59 pieces.
