Height Adjustable - Two (2) 4-socket light heads: Each includes four E26 (regular screw-in) sockets with 2 switches (each switch controls two sockets) and power cord. - Bulbs are NOT included. - Two (2) medium 28"x20" (70x50cm) softboxes. Silver interior and white front screen to soft light and reduce shadow. Bulbs are NOT included. Suggest use CFL or LED bulbs. Max: 65 real watt each bulb. - Also comes with the carrying case, and weighted sand bags (sand not included).
