Large format 5x10 camera, comes with a black bag for loading the film, a bunch of film holders (holds two pieces of 4x5 film each) and some kind of medium format film roll adapter. I did use this over ten years ago and it has been in storage since. The bellows seems to be in good shape. The body of the camera had some repair done (last pic) that looks like some sort of epoxy glue etc at some point before my time with it.
Great camera especially if u can track down those 4x5 polaroid film as u get a very nice print and a negative etc.
