Covert Surveillance Periscope

Covert Surveillance Periscope, removed from a federal agency's surveillance van. In perfect working order, it provides a 360 degree horizontal view, ant will tilt +/- 60 degrees from horizontal. Precision optics eliminate distortion to < than 1/4 wavelength, effectively transparent for use with high magnification. Raises, and lowers approximately 3.5 inches, but full extension is usually unnecessary. Appears to be an ordinary roof vent. Includes quick detachable mount for a variety of optics, still and video, IR etc, with some camera configurations, 2 different cameras can be mounted together. Cameras and high power lenses available separately. Can be mounted on any flat roof, building or vehicle. Also includes mounting hardware. Perfect for use in a permanent blind for nature photography
