-6" Main frame out of tube or channel - your choice - tube is preferred to house wiring
-Adjustable coupler to match the height of your tow vehicle - as well to take off at night for security
-Wide deck on front/rear of fenders to maximize your overall width to build your home.
-Sealed in wiring harness to avoid corrosion fully sealed LED lights all around for longevity
-(4) Adjustable scissor stabilizer jacks all around to level your Tiny home properly.
-Drop leg tongue jack for easier hook up + it has a grease point for longevity
-Easy lube hubs to grease bearings
-Triple tube extended tongue standard - allows you to have more overhang and less chance of jack knifing your trailer.
-All wheel electric brakes with self adjusting brake upgrade - not single axle brakes like others use. ( Safety is a major priority )
-Battery breakaway kit included - not an extra charge ( Mandatory to have in Ontario )
-Two steel beams replace the wood decking. This provides another secure surface to attach your house to while reducing the total weight of the trailer.

-Silver powder coated rims to help prevent from rusting - not cheap white wheels that rust out right away like other trailers use

-Welded on steel flanges to the sides, which intern provides the perfect place to attach your tiny house to the trailer. It also reduces the amount that the house overhangs the sides of the trailer.
