2006 Toyota Matrix- Manual Transmission

This car has been my trusted steed for many years and through many adventures. He was always very reliable and safe. Unfortunately he needs a new transmission and this isn't something I can do right now. It starts and runs, but cannot be driven and will need to be towed. The front brakes were replaced in July. Oil changes were done on time. It has winter tires with lots of tread left and comes with a set of summer tires that are good for another season. The body is in decent shape. There's rust in the usual spots for a matrix, which you can see in the pics. As is typical for the Matrix/Corollas of this era, the odometer froze at 299 999. I've tracked the km's and it's at about 330 000 km. The locks and windows are manual and there's no A/C. It's a simple car, which means less stuff that'll break and low maintenance. Once a new transmission is in, I've got no doubt he'll be a great car for years to come.
