2007 Honda civic, Reliable safe and great on gas

After many years of ownership its time to pass this on this a new home. There has been a lot of work done in the past 2 weeks soly for the next person who gets this car as it has been great to me. Recent work in the last week, a brand new windshield, a new Energizer battery, Ngk spark plugs, and full interior detail with seat shampooing. In the last 2000km there has been brand new front pads and rotors installed and an oil change done. In the last 16,000km there has been a new clutch installed and a full undercoating done. This has been a calgary vehicle its whole life and I am the 3rd owner. There is a 3 inch thick binder of recipts where it was serviced at crowfoot honda till 225,000km. This car has 3 keys and 2 fobs. Comes with a set of wheel locks and 2 sets of rims and tires. There are pirelli winter tires on rims now with about 80% tred remaining and a summer set of cooper tires on rims at about 90%. The cooper tires were bought last summer. The car runs and drives great, on average in the city it gets around 640km to a tank and on the highway it has done 710-725km several times on regular gas. This car has started up every single cold snap we have ever had with 0 zero issues. Its been driving to Vancouver numerous times and has honestly been a really good car. It has the typical clear coat issue, the underneath is solid and rust free, but there is a little surface rust on the rear wheel wells dispite it being under coated. Its got a lot of life left and would make a great commuter or firdt csr for a student or someone wanting to learn manual. Thanks for looking. Located in Sw calgary
