We are creating a database of certified & experienced candidates having verifiable experience as an Order Picker/Cherry Picker Operator for upcoming future openings for one of our client (automotive tire storage warehouse) located in Woodbridge (Hwy 27 & Hwy 7).
Shift Details:
Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday (3:00 pm to 11:30 pm)
Night shift: Sunday to Thursday (12:00 midnight to 8:30 am)
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Use a cherry picker forklift to place or remove large items (tires) on warehouse shelves.
2) Package and label items for shipment.
3) Keep track of shipments and product relocations within the warehouse.
4) Use a cherry picker forklift with a work platform to elevate workers so they can check inventory.
5) Follow all safety regulations.
Qualifications & Other Requirements:
1) Must have minimum 1 year experience operating a cherry picker.
2) Experience operating a pallet jack/ pump truck is an asset.
3) Knowledge of Talbot: Warehouse Management System.
4) Must have valid Cherry Picker & Fall Arrest certification.
5) Must be comfortable lifting upto 70- 100 lbs continuously without any assistance.
6) Must be comfortable working at heights upto 30 feet.
7) Fluent English communication skills.
8) Mechanical skills & Physical stamina
