Wanted: Wanted-Vechile for Senior Lady, Please Read

I'm helping a local senior lady on a fixed income try to find a vehicle to get back and forth to Dr appointments and to visit her grandchildren occasionally. She receives AISH as her only income and is hoping to find a used vehicle that she can make monthly (max 200) payments on. All she asks is its easy to see out of and not to high or low off the ground so she can easily get in and out of. Looks dont matter, can only afford basic insurance so hopefully we can find something basic, like a beater pretty much. If you have something sitting around you could part with and are flexible with as far as payments go please let me know!! Thank you.
