For sale for parts or ambitious mechanic

2009 Toyota Yaris 5 door hatch back. About 227000 km. Frame has rusted out supporting the rear axle (see photo) rear shocks leaking, radiator is leaking coolant, and the transmission lines into the radiator are also leaking. Engine itself has been flawless since we purchased it in 2016. Brakes likely need to be done. Steering components likely needs service, one CV joint rubber has split and needs replacing and the joint itself might required replacing. Support grommets on read frame need new grommets, but the rear support is shot. Comes with all seasons (on the car) Body has a few surface scratches, no visible rust on body or in the interior. Can has been safeties, but honestly, I wouldn’t recommend driving any further than the end of the street. One pot hole and you’re looking at leaving the rear end behind. A/C works, battery is in good shape, radio (after market, is a bit worn, but works) It had a recent oil change. (
