2013 Chev Express 2500

Looking for cash offers on my 2013 Chev express 2500. Ontario vehicle so will need out of province 4.8 l v8 Is dual fuel gas and propane has a code for misfire on cylinder 1. I bought it from the person who drove it up from Ontario with the intent to get the out of province done but haven't had time or money to do so. Don't know what it needs for out of province. Runs decent, drives decent, e-brake is seized, hood is rusty, around front window there is rust, body and frame look decent.
