Hi! My roomate and I are looking to fill 1 room in our 5 bedroom 2 bathroom house from May 1st or June 1st (move in date flexible) to August 31st (summer sublet). One of our roomates just fell through so we're looking to fill their room ASAP. We're both in our early 20s and will be working/ in school and like to make friends, explore beaches, and make crafts.
The room is $800/month +wifi/utilities. It's upstaris and has a big window, closet, and can be unfurnished or furnished with a mattress and dresser if needed.
No parties and no smoking inside. We're looking for roomates that are respectful and ok with being not too loud on work nights.
We have a big backyard with table/chairs and a swing, in-house laundry machines, and some storage space avalible.
2 minute walk to 11 bus stop (goes downtown), 10 minute walk to Uvic library, 10-15 minute walk to Uvic bus loop, and 10-20 minute walk to a few beaches nearby.
