2007 VW City Golf

2007 Volkswagen City Golf for sale. I am the second owner - purchased from Volkswagen Burnaby in August 2017. I have the Carfax from when I bought it - never been in an accident. Car currently has 165,500kms (low for the year) and is not being driven as I bought a second vehicle. 5 speed manual transmission, heated seats, power windows. Summer tires on wheels currently mounted - around 60% tread. Winter tires on wheels included - 90%+ tread, only one winter season on them. Always been extremely reliable and well maintained. I’ve never had to do anything major, just basic maintenance. I have most receipts. Most recently: - Front wheel bearings - Front brakes (pads and rotors) This is a great commuter car, first car etc. It is in good shape for its age, but by no means perfect. There are a few things I would point out: - Minor scratching on passenger rear fender (see picture). It was there when I bought it. - Drivers side mirror has a crack. I am guessing someone hit it when reversing as there’s no damage on the front (it was there when I bought the car). - Some rust on backside of front fenders (common area for this model). - Paint chip on roof (common for this model). All of the above has been factored into the price so no low ballers. I have the space to store it and not in a rush to sell. The windshield is being replaced this week due to cracks.
