2021 BMW X3 xDrivei30 Lease take over, $3500 cash incentive!

PLEASE PLEASE read the following information carefully before approaching. Thank you! Though this car passes allowance but it has very low monthly payment and I gave high cash incentive!

Basic car info: Premium Package Enhanced Excess Wear and Use Protection Exterior color: Mineral White Metallic

Lease info: Lease charge: 749.62 CAD/month+tax start of contract: 2021-06-25 end of contract: 2025-06-25 Downpayment:0$ Residual Value: 26,332 CAD Contract Allowance: 20,000 km/year Current Odometer: 93000 km total Available Now: -13000 km (so penalty would be involved).

Car is well maintained, free of any accident. A few cosmetic scratches only. The contract mileage is finished. But the lease agreement I signed was way cheaper than similar lease contract at that time for a X3 with enhanced premium package (nowadays the X3 with the same Premium Package Enhanced and Metallic white, requires a monthly lease payment of 1078+tax($1218 after tax), which I checked on BMW GTA website Payment Calculator). So the monthly payment you can save from this lease, compared to an absolutely new lease, would be equal to 30600KM which is much more than the 20000 km allowed....Not to mention I have paid extra $4000+ in day one on top of the 1st monthly lease payment for those fees and Excess Wear and Use Protection... And in the end of lease term, there is always the chance to have a discount for those over mileage charge if you continue a lease with BMW. If you choose to BUY OUT this car, you will not be charged with any overall mileage!

It is perfect for someone who needs a Luxury SUV for about a year and does not drive that much (Or someone who wants to buy out the car in the end to avoid any penalty. It is the best solution because those cash incentive you can get is a huge discount on the residual value buy out cost). It will come with a set of winter tires.

Lease take over fees and all possible fees generated in the lease transfer process will be shared by us. I will compensate buyer another $3500 cash incentive (independent from the shared take over fee) for taking over this lease contract.

I bought a Tesla and it becomes our family's main drive. The 2nd car (this X3) is very handy for my family members but if someone wants to take over the lease, it could also be a win-win for both parties then I decided to listed it.
