2010 Ford escape 5.3 litre awd 4 cylinder

2010 ford escape 135,000 km 2.5 4 cylinder awd. No safety. New computer from ford year ago. New head gasket. New coils. New plugs. New rear hatch & window. Mudd and snow tires on it with lots tread left aluminum rims. Air conditioner still working good. Brand new muffler just put on.

Issues. When put on computer it says misfire 1 & 4 but just cannot figure it out as we have tried everything we can think of. Will start and go sometimes other times it struggles and doesn't want to stay going at all. Has tiny leak around the flange where bolts hook to donut gasket. Doesn't need anything else if you can figure it out it'll pass safety no issues. It's in awesome condition body wise. Couple small stains on back seat but that's minor. Clean inside other wise. No low balling offers as we spent 1000$ on computer replacement alone. If ad is up it's available.

Update. Fuel pump pressure only at 32. Was told to replace fuel pump and problem be solved. That'll be up to new owners.
