Selling my 2008 Mini Clubman S

This Mini has had extensive work done to the engine, in other words, every common mini issue has been taken care of. This car needs nothing.

Recently replaced OR Upgraded - Replaced valve seals [All seals] - Replaced valve stems [All exhaust and Intake] - Replaced oil filter housing seals - Oil pan gasket - Replaced head gasket - Replaced Intake manifold seals - Replaced engine head bolts - Removed all carbon build up from engine head and block - Oil change done - Coolant flushed and new coolant - High presure fuel pump - Fuel Filter - Windshield wipers - Timing chain - Valve cover - Carbon fiber antenna - Downpipe - Blow off valve added

I have all paperwork for parts, and I have pictures of my process to rebuilding the engine.

The car pulls well, oil changes done every 4000 kms with factory filters and mini recomended oil
