2012 Ford Fusion SEL

Solid, reliable, and comfortable sedan. Lovingly maintained. Has stayed in one family (first owned by grandmother then granddaughter). Has impressively large cargo capacity.

Priced accordingly with a few minor defects: - summer tires on rims are new (1 summer of driving), but some pitting on the rims - corrosion on rear left passenger door - some wearing of engine heat deflector on underside of engine hood - paint chip above front left wheel well - gas cap cover does not lock (cover door is loose) - front driver heated seat is not working. I believe it is due to a short in the seat's heating element. - rear bumper replaced in 2019ish

All maintenance is up to date. Last periodic maintenance completed at 150,000km, including all new rotors, brake pads, spark plugs, serpentine belt, adjustment of timing chain, and new fluids in transmission, radiator, and engine oil. (Approx. $3500)
