Did you know that 35% of used vehicles have been in an accident, 37% of vehicles have an outstanding lien (money owed) and 17% of vehicles have been registered in more than one province or country?
CARPROOF is Canada's choice for vehicle history reports - a critical tool for when you are buying a pre-owned vehicle.
This Jeep has to much to list but I've documented all the modifications and can provide them to the buyer. As a rough outline it's a 97 sport with a 6cyl and manual transmission. Approx 220,000 km. Dana 44 rear axle, high pinion Dana 30 front, both locked and regeared to 4.88. The C's are gusseted on the 30, all the lower control arm mounts are reinforced (plated), spicer u joints. New carriers, seals, yokes, brakes, rotors, calipers, pads, Timken unit bearings, everything on the axles has been done. Custom driveshafts, spicer u joints, advanced adaptors sye on the np231 transfer case. 3.5" lift, aev springs, johnny joints and emf rod ends on all 8 adjustable control arms. New jku shocks on all four corners and a second set of new shocks as spares. Completely flat skid (tummy tuck). Had to put a 1" body lift on to accommodate the flat skid. Rocker guard armor, steering box armor, front and rear winch bumpers, custom grill guard on a Hanson off-road front bumper. Rear bumper is custom with a warn m8000 housed inside it, also has frame tie ins. Both winches are run off Albright contactors, powered with 2/0 welding cable, fed from twin batteries and charged with a 140 amp alternator. They can be run in cab with a rocker switch or with a warn wireless controller. The front winch is not included, it can be bought for another $1500, otherwise it's staying with me. The transfer case, transmission and axle breathers are run into the cowel, air intake is relocated to the cowel, electric fan, upgraded fuel injectors, all the usual maintenance has been done (distributor cap/rotor/plugs etc) plus almost everything else you could think of (coolant hoses/ brake fluid/ coolant/ axle oil/ transfer case and transmission oil etc.) down to dielectric grease on all the electrical connections. Cibi E code headlights with ipf fat boy bulbs and an upgraded wiring loom. I've got a set of interco Q78 swampers on rims and a set of 315/70/17 duratracs on rims, all tires are like new. The duratracs are on jk rims and I'm using adaptors. The swampers are on 5x4.5 rims and fit straight on the axles. I've got a ton of spare parts from a spare ecm, axle shafts, electrical parts, body parts, new water pump, Timken unit bearing, spare running engine, electrical sensors, fans, etc. I also have a job box that bolts into the back of the jeep when the back seat isn't installed that will carry all the trail spares. The carpet is gone, the interior is bedlined, there's no rust on the old girl, I've got the seats re upholstered in 1000d cordura that are waterproof and the seats are heated. With the cordura on the seats you can go to the car wash and blast the seats, wipe the standing water off the seat and sit on it and you won't get wet. There's a ton more to this Jeep, it's a beast. It's reliable but something for a jeep guy not someone who knows nothing about vehicles as there is very little that's factory about this thing. If you want to go off-road it'll do the job and it goes almost everywhere. It'll drive down the highway without any vibration, it tracks straight and has good road manners. It starts right up and it's reliable. I'm selling it to build a jku on one tons with a V8. With three kids I'm to the point where I need four doors when out wheeling. I would trade on a jku or sell it for $13k If you don't want a set of wheels, the back winch etc we can play with the price. You can try me with your trades.
