Great on gas, runs good, as is. I don't know what it needs for Certification but I'm sure the usual suspects could be needed, ball joints. It runs and stops has one spot of rust shown in pics. A little untidy but a runner. It is my daily till it sells. New tires. A/C not working. Great car not perfect but runs great. 268000 kms $1000 OBO or trade for ATV
