FS/FT: 2017 Honda Civic - Sport Touring - 1.5L Turbo

NEW MVI just put on in February. Less than 163000km on the body w/ 42000km on replacement engine.

1.5L Turbo (The original engine was replaced by Honda under warranty. I have paperwork to confirm.) Car is in great shape with no accidents or damage.

6-speed manual, Loaded with Leather-heated front and rear seats, cruise control, power moon roof,pw/pl, power mirrors, climate control, lane keep assist, forward collision alert system, drive mode selection, auto headlight dim and more. Krown Rust proofed Regular synthetic oil changes. New pads and rotors recently installed I have 4 studded winters on steel wheels with 85% tread on the car now however the summers should be soon be replaced .

ISSUES: Emission systems error recently showing small leak in evap system (Code P0456). This stems from an issue with the fuel sending unit. Car runs & drives fine, but this causes the check engine to be on.

Was quoted $465 to fix by Century Honda in Truro. If I get error code fixed, price will reflect. Selling as I now work from home and no longer need the gas miser.

May consider interesting trade offers such as a travel trailer or Side by side.
