Mercedes C43 AMG Wagon

For sale / finance transfer a 2020 C43 AMG wagon. See the pictures and the attached document for the list of options. Low mileage as the car currently has 40,000 kms - mostly highway driven. Car was never modded or anything. This is my baby. I took great care of it. Serviced at Mercedes Benz Boucherville only with all service records available. Detailed once a year. Minor Carfax of $4,000 in 2022 (an old lady scratched the left side at a gas station - have pictures). The car comes with OEM roof rack, OEM roof box, 2 OEM bike carriers, 4 winter tires (Sottozero) and 4 summer tires. I bought the car before covid lockdowns and the financing rate was 1.29% back then. Monthly payment is $1291.27 tax in. The basic 4-year warranty was extended with Mercedes Benz on March 22, 2024 for 3 more years, now up to March 2027. Cost = $4,620.85. I also took a new prepaid maintenance contract in March 2024, with the next 4 scheduled services taken care of. Cost = $3,103.18. These contracts are fully transferable to the subsequent owner. Last A1 service done in March 2024. Rear brakes were changed along with the battery. The vehicle also comes with cosmetic and tire/rim protections which are also transferable to the subsequent owner and valid until April 2026. The cosmetic protection is still unused. Contrary to the protections currently offered by MB, the rim/tire protection has no cap on the number of changes in a given year. Trust me, it is really worth it. My financing contract is fully transferable. Financing ends in April 2026 (unless you want to pay the remaining balance in advance, which you can). The remaining balance on the car as of april 2024 is $30,990.48. You will have to go through a credit check with MB finance. If approved by MB finance, we can proceed with the transfer. I am asking for $36,000 for the transfer of the vehicle + all accessories, tires and associated contracts (finance, prepaid maintenance) / protections / warranties. Thanks!
