Seat needs a little work.An antique rocking chair in the style sometimes called a Lincoln rocker. It features a curved crest rail with curved side supports, scrolled armrests, hand-caned cane back and seat, and lathe-turned front legs joined by a lathe-turned spreader. It sits on two elongated rocker legs. It is constructed from mixed hardwoods including walnut, poplar, and hickory. Circa mid to late 19th century.
