Originally purchased from Habitat ReStore Scarborough a couple of years ago.
Cleaned immediately after purchase and well-kept since.
The fabric is soft to the touch and the reclining mechanism works perfectly.
Great, sturdy piece for a living room or bedroom.

General wear from normal use, but in great overall shape with no major issues.

Located in Thornhill in a shared house.
You will need a vehicle large enough for transport.
