1) One 3 seater is in excellent condition. Looks like new. $ 600
2) Another 3 seater has a tear near the stitching at 2 places. This can be easily camouflaged by covering it with the cup holder which drops down in the center. $ 400
3) The recliners have no issues and are in excellent state.
