"Used - Like New" means the chair was assembled after delivery from Humanscale. From the factory, it comes in 2 pieces, and I needed to put the 2 together and sit in it a few times to ensure that Humanscale sent me what I paid for and that there were no defects. Original box included, but it will not fit in the original box after assembly. Basically brand new, but assembled and sat in a few times.

I bought 2 of these but only needed 1. The gel seat and the fabric on it is very durable, office ergonomics companies say these chairs last over 10 years easily in busy office environments.
