There is a $900 option to take over one of the smaller rooms instead of a 50/50 split. Space is available immediately for: - one or two people - furnished or unfurnished - short or long term Shared spaces: bathroom, kitchen, living room, and front porch. Laundry in unit. There is no parking available. There is a municipal lot 1 block away that issues parking permits if you have a vehicle. No pets, I am allergic to cats and dogs. There is a short interview before showing the place, can be online or in person. Please be open-minded/tolerant. I have friends in the queer community that will visit regularly. I am a quiet working professional, into games and gardening. I am reasonably clean and expect roommate(s) to do an equal share of the chores. I like my home to be a restful and welcoming place.
