Description

This is Dodge (aka Dougie) a 1.5 year old Mastiff cross. He is a sweet big boy weighing about 92lbs. This sweet boy is just not fitting in with our family. He is great with kids, but older kids would be ideal I think for him. Loves to run and play but sometimes forgets his size and jumps up and scares our 5 year old. he is good with other dogs and cats but is not getting along with our older dog and older cat which is not his fault he wants to play but our older small dog doesn’t like him. he has epilepsy and he is taking medication twice a day for it which is approximately $50 a month. He is neutered and up to date on shots and flea/tick treated.

He is the sweetest guy and listens very well. Knows basic commands (sit, lay down, speak and stay). He loves carrots and cucumbers for treats! He’s a good boy who is easily excitable. We wish we didn’t have to rehome him but with our parents living with us he can be a bit hard to handle with his size. Never shown aggression whatsoever just very playful. And we don’t want our 5 year old scared to be around him in our home. Our son is used to smaller dogs. He will come with XXL dog crate, bed, leash collar sweater etc. Would be good for younger/middle age couple as he listens very well to my husband and I. He does take commands from our son to. He loves the kids.
