Responsibilities:
Provide companionship and support to the young adult in various activities.
Engage in recreational and social activities to promote social interaction and skill development.
Transport the young adult to appointments, outings, and activities using your reliable vehicle.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder preferred.
Must have a reliable car and a valid driver's license.
Enthusiastic and compassionate attitude towards supporting individuals with special needs.
Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work independently.
Must pass a background check.
Schedule and Compensation:
Flexible schedule with part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
