Fully private Room Exchange for Cleaner/Housekeeper for reduced

Hello! We are a friendly family of four—mom, dad, and two wonderful kids in grades 4 and 2—along with our small, friendly dog. We live in a beautiful home in the Canyon Heights area of North Vancouver and are offering a spacious bedroom in our legal suite. The suite includes a private bedroom, full kitchen, private bathroom, and separate laundry. All utilities are included.
In exchange for reduced rent, we are seeking (30-40 hours in a month) of housekeeping / mostly cleaning help and laundry. The rent and work exchange are flexible and negotiable. This is perfect for a single lady who already has a part-time or full-time nanny job and needs a place to live at a very reasonable price and deal.
