Once this situation has passed, I'll be running an indoor group workout in my private home training studio at my residence on Wednesdays at 6:30PM, at 84 Sovereigns Gate in Barrie. (Park on the street directly in front of my house).

This will be a full body, fat-burning workout using primarily body-weight exercises, including other unique training accessories such as tornado ropes, TRX suspension straps, resistance bands, and free weights.
It will start with a dynamic warm up, then move on to a circuit of exercises for your lower body, upper body, and core. This workout will build strength, improve posture, increase metabolism, endurance, and fat loss!
The session will finish with some light mobility work as a cooldown.
Participants will also receive handouts (or by email) outlining warm ups, a basic home workout and nutrition tips.
Modifications will be made for differing ability levels so everyone can progress at their own pace, but be ready to challenge yourself based on your own level of fitness.
Payment is just $12 per participant (or 5 sessions for $50); you can pay via PayPal or bring cash on the day of the session. Space is limited to 6 participants, so register soon if interested!
