Guided Meditation & Breathwork Ceremony - Date TBA
This workshop will assist you to quiet your mind and connect more deeply with your sense of body awareness. By diving deep into your body sensations, you can gain a greater sense of intuition, inner peace, focus, and present moment awareness. Allowing your attention to rest inwardly on your body sensations can also support the release of trauma from your nervous system, and lead to a deeper sense of alignment with your True Self.

The workshop includes:
•Introduction and Insight Exercises: Focused on letting go, relaxing your mind and connecting with present moment and physical sensations.
•Breathwork: Wim Hof Shamanic deep breathing to oxygenate your body and brain, guide you into a state of calm stillness, and release energy blockages.
•Plant Medicine (Herb Offering): I invite you to experience this herbal remedy in a unique way during this ceremony, as you explore it's potential in supporting relaxation of your body (and mind), and assist in increasing body awareness. It can also help to bring you directly into the immediate moment, while being fully supported in a safe, secure environment under attentive guidance. This sacrament will be offered as a tincture and tea.
•Guided Meditation: The focus here is the continued movement of awareness from the mind into body. This includes progressive relaxation techniques, breath awareness, and the practice of Presence (i.e. conscious, connected breath).
•Body Scan Meditation: This guided inner journey will bring your awareness deep into your body and connect with physical sensations in every area of your body. This is an opportunity to listen to what your body is telling you and ride this wave of sensations into a place of deep inner awareness and clarity.
•Mindful Movement: I will guide you through a slow, gentle physical movement routine, coordinated with the breath, focused on mobility, liberating blocked energy in your body, and engaging the mind-body connection.
•Group discussion and reflection

•What to bring: water bottle, comfortable exercise clothes, meditation cushion (if you have), pen, notepad/journal.
•Prep: Get plenty of sleep, reduce alcohol/drug intake, and follow a light, whole food, plant-based diet for 2 days leading up to the workshop.
