Description

Tai Chi is an excellent form of exercise to improve and maintain our health. Join us for our weekly sessions. Five inside the studio at the Needham Community Center and five classes outside in the park. These sessions are designed for beginners or those continuing their Tai Chi practice. All are welcome. Dates: May 5, 12, 19, 26 and June 2 Times: 10:30 am to 11:30 am Inside Classes Sunday Outside Class TBD Location: Needham Community Centre Dance Studio
