Freestyle Dance Alchemy for Women

Come dance, play and connect at these in-person group dance sessions for women. The focus is how dance feels in our bodies rather than how we look or perform dance for others.

Dance Alchemy is... Freestyle dance for women. In community. With intention. Picture ecstatic dance with a little more guidance and structure for those who are new to somatic movement and may have trouble getting out of their heads - equal parts fun and healing. We will hold the principles of open, individual and embodied experimentation and expression in a playful, judgment-free container for women seeking a weekly dose of joyful surrender in a like-minded and supportive group of participants. This is for all shapes, sizes, levels of ability and dance backgrounds. Come home to your body. Dance is our birthright.
