Hi, my name is alanna richardson and I am a female personal trainer 28 years old. I just moved here from Calgary Alberta so I am building an entire new clientele base. I have a great gym in my building that I will be offering training sessions from as well as I am able to come to you and your gym of choice/ out door appointments are available too.
I went to national academy sports medicine in Vancouver BC. Which is a very detailed 8 week long personal training course. I worked at Goodlife in Edmonton for almost 4 years. I was one of the top trainers there.
