One hour free Meditation Session hosted by the Vernon Buddhist Temple. Saturday, April 13th from 2:30pm. Please come a few minutes early if you are new to meditation for instructions. You can meditate sitting in a chair or bring a mat or piece of carpet to sit on the floor. Taught by Buddhist minister, Hirano Sensei at the Vernon Japanese Cultural Center 4895 Bella Vista Road. There will also be a Buddhist Service from 4:30 to 5:15 pm on the same day.
